Are you ready to do school differently?

About Coastal Community School

We are a community of believers in Christ, seeking to raise up the next generation by helping them to develop an empowered walk of faith. Our faith unites us through the redemptive power of Christ. We have hope for a unity that transcends cultural, denominational and geographical boundaries and helps us live out our mission and vision.

Our school is designed to engage families in the educational process and to support and encourage them. We provide our parent community with the support of qualified teachers who partner with them in the guidance and delivery of the curriculum and instruction.

We also seek to provide challenging academics and hands-on learning. Our unique academic structure combines the best in practice and curriculum to train minds in each stage of developmentā€”from learning facts and figures to developing critical thinking and the defense of ideas.

All Coastal Community School teachers must comply with state standards when interacting with students and families in a way that uplifts and glorifies Christ. All academic teachers are required to possess a bachelors degree or higher and have appropriate experience in the area being taught.

Our school is a 501c3 non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible. Coastal Community School is a non-profit, private Christian school. We are not affiliated with any specific Christian denomination. Coastal Community School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

A parentally-placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Coastal Community School can provide limited accommodation for these individuals. Parents desiring these accommodations should discuss this during the admissions process.
